Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Orders work with normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business. Business is handy for its profile and quick replies, but it's optional.
Does it cost anything per message?
No. The customer sends the order from their own WhatsApp to yours, like any other message. There are no message fees and no WhatsApp API to set up.
What if I miss the WhatsApp message?
Every order also appears in your dashboard with a ringing sound and a notification on your phone, so none gets lost.
How do customers pay?
They pay you directly, the way you accept: cash, card on delivery or transfer. Nodik Order takes no percentage.
